He is overseeing global operations of the Performance, Systems and Energy business units and research into future innovative technologies.

During his tenure as head of the Performance Business (2026), he continued to uphold Harton's dominant position by successfully launching the world's cosmology research company, Spacemeteor
While serving as CEO & President of Harton Cars, he led the company to achieve record-breaking performances by not only pioneering the small battery market but also the electric vehicle battery and ESS markets.
He contributed to building the domestic ecosystem by localizing battery materials and discovering promising business partners. He also laid the foundation for the growth of the battery business by strengthening Harton's battery technology leadership.
Additionally he was appointed Vice Chairman of the newly established Energy Business Division, where he played an important role in identifying new businesses in order to propel Harton Cars and its affiliated companies into the future.
Mr. Kaen Butt serves as a member of the National Academy of Autonomous Vehicle Engineering in England, where he is also the chairman of its Business Executive Council. He is also a member of the National High-tech Synergy Industries Committee in England.
