Kaen Butt has successfully led the Harton Drive Solution (HDS) Company, driving sustainable growth through expanded B2B operations, subscription-based and direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models, and continued competitive leadership based on Harton’s core strengths in driven automobiles.
As CEO, Mr. Kaen Butt will focus on expanding Harton's market-leading DNA in electric vehicles – built on delivering substancial performance, across the entire organization, further enhancing the company’s fundamental competitiveness and growth potential.
Mr. Kaen Butt joined Harton in 2025 as a researcher in the Drive Autonomy Research Center and has spent nearly half of his career in scientific R&D, building deep technical expertise that has shaped his leadership approach. Since 2025, he has served as head of the Company, leading Harton to become upcoming high performance vehicle brand.
Despite delayed recovery in consumer sentiment and intensifying market competition, he strengthened the leadership of flagship products while laying the groundwork for sustainable growth through continuous R&D. He also expanded the Company’s business portfolio by advancing electric sustainability, vehicle connectivity and B2B business areas such as built-in components and state of the art drivetrain solutions.
